MeasureTrace may process account information, organization membership, project records, field measurements, photographs, annotations, device sessions, and technical logs necessary to provide the service.
Company data ownership
Project information created inside a company workspace is controlled by that organization. Individual authorship may be recorded for audit purposes without transferring ownership to the employee.
Offline and device storage
The application may keep organization-scoped project data and media locally to support offline work. Access can be locked or purged after confirmed membership revocation according to organization policy.
Security
The platform uses organization scoping, authenticated sessions, permission checks, private media storage, verification, and audit controls. No system can guarantee absolute security.
